Pyro Innovations Privacy Policy
Effective November 7, 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, use a tool, submit a form, or correspond with us about a submission.
When we provide form submissions to Pyro Spectaculars
We may provide Pyro Spectaculars with the entire contents of any form you submit on this website when its involvement is relevant to your request. This can include your contact details, every field you complete, and anything you write in a message. Pyro Spectaculars is a separate company. It may review your submission, keep a record of it, and contact you directly about the matter you raised.
Crew applications. Pyro Spectaculars pays us to help recruit crew members. We may send it your application so the people responsible for recruiting and staffing can assess your eligibility, match you with a crew or training opportunity, and follow up by email. Application records may include your name, email, phone, mailing address, region, age eligibility or date of birth, education and degree, occupation, pyrotechnics experience, reasons for applying, and response to the participation terms.
Fireworks show inquiries. Pyro Spectaculars sells and produces the shows offered through our referral form. We provide your inquiry to Pyro Spectaculars so it can respond about availability, pricing, and planning. This may include your name, email, phone, event venue, city and state, budget, and event details.
Contact, media, and other inquiries. We use your name, email, phone, and message to respond. For example, if a production needs a display company for a shoot, we may send the full inquiry to Pyro Spectaculars so it can follow up. For a privacy request, we involve Pyro Spectaculars when needed to locate a record or carry out the request.
Please leave Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account details, and completed background-check paperwork out of website forms. Accepted applicants receive separate instructions for submitting ATF Employee Possessor paperwork.
Website activity and location tools
Our servers and website providers may receive your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, and error information. We use this information to deliver the site, troubleshoot problems, understand which pages people use, and protect forms against abuse. An IP address can indicate an approximate location.
If you select Use My Location and allow access, your browser can provide precise device coordinates. Fireworks Near Me uses those coordinates in your browser to sort listings by distance. What Time Do Fireworks Start? sends your typed location or device coordinates to our website. Our site sends the place you enter or the coordinates used for your lookup to WeatherAPI.com to get local weather and sunset information. We temporarily cache results. The timing tool can remember your last typed search and selected timeframe in your browser. You can enter a city or ZIP code instead, revoke location access in your browser settings, or clear saved searches by clearing this site’s data.
Cookies, analytics, videos, and retailer links
We use Google Analytics to measure activity such as pages viewed and interactions with site features. Some forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which processes device and interaction information to distinguish people from automated submissions. Embedded YouTube players can send technical and viewing information to Google. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers. Some third parties can recognize a browser or device across different websites over time, depending on the service and your settings.
Some product links, including links to Amazon, are affiliate links. A retailer or affiliate program may record a click and attribute a purchase to our referral, and we may earn a commission. If you buy from a retailer, you provide checkout and payment details directly to that retailer.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some features may then work differently. The site does not change its behavior in response to the legacy Do Not Track setting. Where applicable law requires it, we treat a recognized opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of qualifying sales of personal information and of sharing for cross-site advertising. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Email and other disclosures
We use Mailchimp to manage crew contact lists and email communications. Depending on the campaign settings, email records can include delivery status, opens, link clicks, and unsubscribe preferences. You can stop promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. You can still receive a direct response to an inquiry or information needed for crew activities you requested.
We use service providers for hosting, forms, email delivery, security, and the website features described above. They receive information needed for their work. We may also disclose relevant information to comply with legal process, protect people or the site, or establish or defend legal claims. If ownership or operation of the business changes, relevant records may transfer as part of that change, subject to applicable law. We operate in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiries while handling the request and any necessary follow-up. For crew records, we consider whether the application or crew relationship is active and whether a record must be preserved. Where California employment-record rules apply, we retain covered application and referral records for at least four years and longer when legally required. We may retain a limited record of an unsubscribe request so we can continue to honor it. Security logs, backups, and records subject to a legal hold may have different retention periods. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we hold.
Children
Crew applicants must be at least 18. Visitors can read our educational material without submitting a form. Children under 13 should have a parent or guardian send any school-project or other inquiry using the adult’s own contact information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us so we can identify the record and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
Privacy requests and policy changes
To ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a privacy concern, use our Contact Us page and begin your message with Privacy request. Identify the form or email address you used so we can find the record. Unsubscribing changes an email preference. To request deletion of an application or other records, use the contact page.
Depending on the law where you live, you may also have rights to portability, to object to or restrict certain uses, to opt out of targeted advertising or qualifying sales or sharing, to withdraw consent, or to appeal a decision. Use the same contact page to make a request or appeal. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or an agent’s authority when appropriate. We will explain any legal reason we must keep information or cannot fulfill a request. You may also contact the privacy regulator responsible for your region.
If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the site and update the effective date above. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when the law requires it.
